4. Get paid
Commission paid within 30 days of customer payment. Wire, ACH, or PayPal — your choice.

- Can I represent SynapCores alongside other products?
- Yes — as long as the products aren't directly competitive. We're the only ones selling SynapCores; you can sell anything that isn't a memory-layer database or a competing agent framework.
- Do I need to be a SynapCores customer to be a partner?
- No, but we strongly encourage it — closing deals is much easier when you've run the product yourself. Community Edition is free and the OSS reference agents are public.
- What if I refer a prospect that turns into a $200K enterprise license deal?
- Same commission rate (15% referral / 25% sales) on Year-1 ACV. Renewal commissions in Years 2 and 3 at 5%.
- How quickly can I start?
- From form submission to first registered deal is usually under a week. Our agreement is light-touch by design.
- How do you handle deal conflicts between partners?
- Deal registration is timestamp-based and first-in-time wins. Approved registrations grant 90-day exclusivity. We notify all involved parties — no surprises.
- Can I co-brand my services with SynapCores branding?
- We provide a "SynapCores Partner" badge you can put on your site. Beyond that, no co-branding without prior written approval.
